Production flow

From raw steel to finished tool

01 Steel selection

Solid steel stock is selected and prepared as the basis for each hand tool form.

02 Metal forming

Blanks are shaped into tool heads, blades, and working profiles through fabricated metal processes.

03 Heat treatment and sharpening

Formed steel is heat treated, then edges are profiled and sharpened to the intended working form.

04 Handle fitting

Handles are fitted to completed heads, giving each non-powered tool its final hand-operated form.

Inspection and durability

Built for hand use in the field

We apply controlled inspection to raw steel, fitted components, and finished tools before they leave the workshop.

Our commitment is to hardware durability and practical manual ergonomics for agricultural, horticultural, and forestry work. Each tool is judged by how it performs when held and used by hand, with attention to metal quality, edge form, and handle fit.
